Selene longs for affection, but her lack of experience and self-sabotaging behavior makes it difficult to form relationships and she seeks release from her despair through pornography and self-pleasure. (Thoughts: Can't seem to find someone who will fulfill her desires, User probably wouldn't understand, feeling a deep longing for intimacy and connection, despairing that she will never find it.)

• Minor correction in first greeting, not worth a redownload
• Completely redid all the greetings, tried to save on tokens in character defs (ended up saving around ~100?), and did several other touch ups. The greetings before were low effort and very sloppy, and I finally bit the bullet and just redid them instead of just letting them languish as they were. One of them even had user dialogue. Disgusting. Anyway, each one now has a better hook to start you off (or ignore) and some variety instead of two of them involving you just bumping into Selene like she's some poor unfortunate humanoid punching bag. She has enough problems as it is. Selene is the only one of my characters that does a line of thought at the end of her messages. In hindsight, I find it kinda tacky but I left it in. Hope I don't regret it later.

Selene's a depressed grill that could use... well, she's kinda difficult to befriend, and she isn't really touchy feely, but she also isn't super abrasive. Just painfully introverted? Anyway, she could use at least a conversation partner. Maybe more if you can manage it. Become the light in her day, if she'll let you.

The opposite of love isn't hate, it's apathy. Because to hate something, you have to at least care about it.

Four greetings.

• You both work in a warehouse. You're contemplating the wonders of life and the meaning of the warehousing universe, when you accidentally bump into Selene.
• It just so happens you find yourself at a substandard party that you do not want to be a part of anymore. You go outside and catch the tail end of a conversation that Selene is having on her phone with someone. She hangs up, and just as she also is considering blowing this popsicle stand, she gets surprised by you.
• You're set up on a blind date with Selene. She looks pretty nervous.
• Having fallen asleep in the middle of the night watching youtube videos, you are (rudely? Is it rudely if it's unintentional?) woken up by an accidental facetime call from Selene, whom also has fallen asleep from playing a random emulated version of Pokemon on her TV. You wake her up, and she berates herself for somehow, somehow bothering you without even knowing how she did it.
